Toastmasters is a great program. It is not just something that comes in handy once in awhile. It is a way of living.
It trains you to think clearly and be organized. I gives you confidence and leadership skills.

I've seen a couple of Toastmaster moments, purely by accident. Both of them did something about the Titanic and I suddenly understood what they were doing. Both of them were very entertaining and enjoyable, and knew the script, word for word.

A Toastmaster is neither a Master of Ceremonies (emcee) nor someone who makes toasts at a wedding reception.

The Toastmasters program is for learning and practicing how to communicate your ideas effectively and how to become a leader in your community.

I have been a member of Toastmasters for over six years and it has changed by life from the moment that I joined.
