I install MPLAB IDE v8.30 but it not working properly, When open new file automatically exit itself, please help me.

Probably better to ask this question on the Microchip forums. At the very least you will need to give a few details about the platform you are trying to install it on.

 

Uninstall that version and try installing the latest version.

 

Have you considered MPLAB X? I believe it's of of the BETA stage...

 

I'd get MPLAB 8.83 from here:

Although Microchip say MPLAB X is now in release, I tried it a couple of weeks ago and it still seems unfinished. I got as far as the simulator but when I added breakpoints it gave some kind of error and wouldn't stop at them. There are also missing bits like the screen where you see a graph of the outputs against time.
