How i choose my MOV and Thermistor(soft start) for my circuit?

How I calculate and pick the one I need

 

I am assuming from the OP question that you require a power-on surge time delay, if so you need to state your anticipated load, the type and the application?

It is resistive load , 10kw , input is 3 phase 220v and output is 45v 10kw and I use full bridge topology

 

10Kw and you are hoping to do it with a MOV/Thermistor set up???
If the 10Kw is able to be sectioned, rather than a single load, then is it possible to do some kind of series parallel arrangement to bring it on line or?
