Hello People, I am attempting to repair a Giandel Inverter, with meter set to Diode check , one part doesn't read the same as the other three, I think it is a mosfit,, # SLH 40N26C. I cannot find this # any where...... it is a Giandel 1200w Pure Sine Wave Inverter. I would love any help, Thanks. ... Boficle

Are you sure it is 40N26?
It can not be found.
An 40N25 can be found:

As to testing it with the multimeter, it not quite the same as testing a BJT.

Yes it is SLH40N26C.. above this number is DW606.

 

Is that what happens when you can't find the part you need -- a Mosfit!
