What kind of jack?

What signals are present on the jack?

If this is a modification of an existing circuit, please provide a diagram showing what connections are already made to the jack.

if you are talking about the common 2.5mm/3.5mm jacks then the socket can have switches built in which you could use to operate an LED but that depends on what else is connected.

I want to connect siren to 3.5mm stereo or mono jack so when the siren is inserted i want the led to glow and when the siren is disconnected i want the led to be off

It is 3.5mm with off on switch with led glow when the switch is on but i want to add one more led to glow when the siren is inserted into the 3.5mm jack and the led to be off when the siren is disconnected from the 3.5mm

We need to know what else, apart from a LED, is connected to the socket and existing switch. What is the socket part of? What, apart from the siren, is the socket intended to have plugged into it?

I fixed by my self!
I connected pin of red rgb led to the one +pin of the stereo female jack, this led glow when nothing is inserted.
The green pin of the rgb led connected to the 2nd + pin of the stereo female jack.
The green led is glow when anything is inserted into the female stereo jack.
When nothing is inserted into the female jack then red led glows.
The cathode of the rgb connected to the cathode of the stereo female jack.

Well done.
Hopefully the rgb LED will survive direct connection like that (no current-limiting resistor is mentioned) and the LED won't introduce too much distortion of the audio input.
forget to mention 1k resistor to the rgb leds. working perfectly fine with no distortion, I am using that connection for music player and siren, no problems so far.
