MLA don't have Ethernet stack

hello i have downloaded to for stack of Ethernet controller ENC28J60. but it doesn't have stack for the same controller. I saw there is no stack for ethernet.
from where to download the stacks.

ENC28J60 is a Microchip product.
Microchip has a bunch of links to apnotes with links to the source code. It would depend on the compiler you are using but poke around under DOCUMENTATION AND SOFTWARE here for starters.
