Would anyone happen to know how to do this? I'm completely lost. This is what I have and under it is the directions.

This exercise is about using a simulator for an Atmel processor, entering an assembly language program, then stepping through it.
So I would start with the documentation for the simulator. You do have some resources for that -- don't you?
