This is debatable, a relaxation oscillator is a hysteretic oscillator, the terms are interchangeable. Both have the property of hysteresis, which is how the word is used through these paragraphs.

I need to read a little further, but I think the section could use a bit of expanding to include UJTs and Schmitt Triggers, and any other devices that have hysteresis. In this context they are also negative resistance relaxation oscillators.
