I need to energize only a transformer of 20 MVA in the side of 13.8 kV (connection Y, grounding), across a system of provisional generation. My question is, all the power of generation do I need?, especially to free the inrush

Energising that transformer from a single generator may not be possible.
There are many factors involved. The inrush to the transformer could be anywhere from 8 to 30 times the fla of that unit. Duration of the inrush depends on the L/R ratio of the transformer itself and the cable/conductors that tie the gen to the transformer.

but be prepared to provide alot of details such as protection for the generator and transformer.

 

Thank you for your attention. But it seems to me that adding the curves of contribution there are faults of the generators give me a good index of all the generators I need.
