Ok, so I'm clear and not looking at this wrong.
Sensor v-out ->100 home resistor -> pin one gate.
Pin 2 drain->10k resistor -> ground to motor?

Hey guys, I need someone with way more mosfet knowledge than myself to verify if these would work as I'm struggling to find somewhere in Canada that sells the irl510
I search places to buy and two have shown these as a perfect match alternative..true or no?

Just an update guys, I managed to solve the problem using irlz44n mosfet, with the additions you guys suggested.
