My home theater encountered a fault.Due to high voltage, the microcontroller got melt.I can't get the same microcontroller brand but I bought a different brand and the model is the same.Should I have to load programs before inserting it? And how to find out? If someone know about this, kindly let me know. The microcontroller is Syncmos 8951ac25p.

I expect it to be empty.
The 8951 in the model number tells us it is some version of Intel 8051 microcontroller. Since patent on it ended a long time ago, there are many versions of it on the market, some with very unique features.

Thanks for your reply.

If anyone have any idea about the program to be loaded?

You need to have the microcontroller programmed with the correct code.
The only people that have that code is the original manufacturer.
The original manufacturer will not give it to you in a million years.

I don't think that there's a default program to that microcontroller. What did the old microcontroller do?
It seems the old microcontroller got slightly melted.

...but they might sell you a new, programmed controller if you can find them or a repair parts distributor and they are still in business. This is your best and maybe your only hope of repairing your home theater system.
