Last week I had seen a thread on here (https://forum.allaboutcircuits.com/...ontact-microchip-administrator-please.160412/) where some guy asked whether someone here, who is also registered at the Microchip forum, could do him the favor of forwarding his complaint to their staff...
And someone managed to actually get his account finally approved.

Well. I am basically doing the same now here. I'd be glad if any volunteer could spare a minute to do that

I registered on Wed. 05th under the same name as here, "picn00b". Re-requested the confirmation mail several times by now, and sent an inquiry via their message form for inquiries/comments about the website functionality, which seems not entirely inappropriate and the only way to contact them. But all to no avail.
There is nothing in the spam folder, and microchip domain is on a whitelist.

 

I just signed up for an account and didn't have any problems. The sign up procedure also logged me in.

 

Weird! Anyway, when I now saw this reply in my mail box, I also saw the Microchip one now.
If anyone who saw this here had a hand in that - thanks!
Or is it really a thinly staffed manual force who does the approval there and it just took almost a week, instead of minutes as is usual for anything else I registered for this century...
