Hi!

Why don't you explain a little bit what your problem is? Have you designed any draft schematic and want any help on it? What temperature range do you want to measure?

Very briefly, the AD595 is used as a front-end for measuring temperature with thermocouples. So you need to connect a thermocouple to AD595 and take an analogue voltage that changes when temperature changes from pins 8,9. Look at figure 1 at the datasheet of AD595. Then, this analogue output voltage of the AD595 (which represents temperature) can be displayed in an LCD display by using the ICL7135. That's the general idea I guess.
