We have an oscilloscope MDO3034 350 MHz 4 channels .This instrument had firmware V1.10.I made an update of firmware at the last existing V1:30.
After restarting, it remains in boot phase. I have tried to downgrade to V1.26/V1.24/V1.20 adding in USB stick an empty file forceinstall.txt.
I have noticed that after restarting it have only discovered channels 1 and 2, and at second restarting it have remained in boot phase.
Finally I have downloaded the initial firmware version V1.10, and after restarting I found out again only two first channels and Power on test failed.
I have restarted the oscilloscope and after an hour has passed the boot phase. Then I have entered in Utility page and I have selected ok Run Self Test and after a while I have discovered Acquisition Failed and RF Failed. These are related the main board. For this reason I need a related service manual.
I have tried to download MDO3034 or MDO3054 Service guide without success. Please let me know how to proceed.
Note: Previously I made firmware update at MDO3034/MDO3024 having V1.12 or V1.14 to final firmware version V1.30 without problems.
