I have my own treadmill. One day after plugging it in, the fuses in the house blew. I got into the main module and found burnt resistors R21, R16. Diode D10 was blackened so I replaced it too. I couldn't read the resistance value so after searching the internet I put in resistors according to which they don't fit this circuit. Now after switching it on, the treadmill worked for about 2 seconds and then resistor R16 burned out. Does anyone know what resistance value R16 and R21 should be?

 

The problem is that R16 , R21 can be different value and function for the different models of the MC2100 .
There are about 5 or 6 versions.
Can you post a pic of the whole board ?
