MC2100 Rev B- Odd failure

Hello, first time post here.

I have an MC2100 REV B that works fine without a load (walking) and then when you step on it, it will be fine for about 10-15 seconds and then stop. If I pull my feet back off and rest it on the sides, it will start back up. It’s an odd failure I have seen twice now and I wasn’t sure if anyone had experience with this.
Back history on this board: it had a shorted N channel FET and has been replaced. The driver IC is also new and SCR. It has new electrolytic caps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like it is sensing overload, friction of some kind , maybe?
Check the link from motor to belt for any needed lubrication etc.

I was thinking the same thing but when I switch it with a different MC2100 it doesn’t produce the same issue. I will trying lubricating the deck and checking for any excess drag then try again.
