I really need help with this please see attachment all help will be greatly appreciated I haven't done this in college in depth, I need to calculate the value of load for maximum power transfer using kirchoffs law then using max power theorem. The values for the circuit is in the box below.

I was absent from college when they taught this i have no notes i have done the first bit of the assignment but stuck on the max power theorem and another circuit which has to be simplified in nortons theorem.

 

Task 1 of the assignment these circuits had to first be simplified in kirchoffs and then in thevenins and those are the results.

Task 2, this circuit is to be simplified in kirchoffs and nortons ive done it in kirchoffs but i am struggling on nortons theorem as this circuit has dual voltage source.
