matlab code for moment of scaling functions

Hi,
My project is "damage detection in beams using wavelet spectral finite element method" in this project [I]i need moment of scaling functions and wavelet extrapolation. [/I] if anybody knows the procedures to calculate the moment of scaling functions please help me.

any one can help me to calculate the moment of scaling functions in matlab mfile.
