I was making thin film resistor at frequency >60GHz. What is good approach for making resistances of small values (40ohm or less)? can it be made by the loss of the line itself. Kindly share some tips. Thanks

 

What's the technology you're currently working with, and what technologies do you have access to? Is your circuit expected to work over the entire 60GHz+ bandwidth? There needs to be lots more details before that question can be answered.
