I was asked to make a 100 Tesla magnet (well, just on paper ok !) but i don't have much knowledge in magnetism.so i am asking it here hoping that someone who is knowledgeable/an expert could help me.

i have some questions on my mind:confused:, what calculations are required to make a (100 Tesla ) magnet ? like how do i know how many turns of coil, current and the size of the core ? ...

thank you in advance :D

A 9v battery and 16 inches of 12gauge copper wire. GOTTA be copper.

Then you wrap that around about $300 million in R&D, and that should get you close.

I don't have an idea what calculations are required to make a 100 Tesla magnet, how many turns of coil and the size of the core. So I'd rather search how to make a magnet so that I can help you with your homework. Giving something a magnetic charge is very simple.
