New to this sorry people. Can anyone tell me if it's easy to change the main board on a Panasonic 42In plasma TV. Due to the hdmi inputs have blown apparently?.any help with this would be great.

The Main board can be replaced if you can get the exact part no.
When choosing a MB care should be taken on determining where and how many ports it has, hence EXACT part no.
Many replacement MB ( a slight part no. difference as like Version no. ) might be missing an HDMI or Video port and so on.
On the other hand, if the HDMI is not working I would check if there is a separate IC to switch the HDMI ports. If so I replace the IC only. But if the HDMI is switched by the main chipset, u need to replace the MB
I do this for living u know.
