I think, that the 2 equations below the figure are equations constructed according to the 2nd Kirchoh's law.
And output voltage (eo) = Rm * is.
input voltage Eex = Rp * ip
D = jω



I tried to substitute equation 4.26 into equations 4.29 and 4.30, but I can't get to equation 4.31
