First time designing a full circuit and Im looking for someone to review to make sure I understand the design correctly before I try to arrange this on a PCB

Design goals:
PSU:24-30v
12v-16.8v battery operating range
Desired charging current 1-1.5A

I have included the schematic and most of the BOM as well as the LT1513 datasheet.

Can someone tell me if my design will work?
