hello!

can anybody suggest a micro controller similar to lpc 2148 in avr micro controller family?

and suggest me a IDE similar to mikro c pro which supports lpc 2148..

About the IDE: Keil, IAR in combination with flash magic, Eclipse.
About the equivalent... I have no experience with AVR. LPC2148 is an ARM7 micro-controller, I guess something like ATmega32.
