Hey All,

I am trying to set a low voltage cut-off of 3V for a 18650 Li-ion cell. I have set a hysteresis window but i cannot get the output to change state at 4.1V. Any suggestion on to achieve this.

 

? what you want to "cut off" and from where

if you disconnect the load from the battery you get a slight voltage rise on the battery terminals - slightly increasing over time
the hysteresis keeps the load OFF until the battery is recovering or being recharged beyond the hysteresis window

if you want the hyst. to be at 3 to 4.1 V for the shown connection - then you should feed the battery voltage to positive input
the hyst. window depends on the max value of the Vo ... depends on Vcc ... unless you fix it by some other means
