I have been looking for the module for few days and I can't find one, I need your help please!
I am looking for N-MOSFET transistor module for LTspice (.sym + .lib files) with the following parameters:
VDS: 800 - 1200V
Continuous Id current: At least 55A (can be much higher)
Other parameters are less important.

You will need to find such a MOSFET, find a spice model for it, and include it in your simulation. If you are hoping it will model those limits and do something reasonable if exceeded, it will not.

Go to the manufacturer website, search for the part, and, if it exists, download the spice model.
If the model doesn't exist, ask the manufacture if they will provide one.
