Hi R!f@@,
this link may be of some help for you:
http://danstrother.com/2010/12/04/fmc-lpc-to-sata-adapter-board/
Scroll down to the Downloads section and there are a couple of .zips you can get.
I haven't checked them out, but there's a chance what you want may be there.

Regards.

EDIT:
OK, downloaded the .zip and opened it. You need the dan-pc.lbr file from the .zip. Add that to your eagle \lbr directory and you'll find three footprints. Depending upon the connector you wish to use, you should be covered.

There's also some other stuff you may find useful in the other libs.

HTH.

From what I can gather, it's a Xilinx Spartan-6 FPGA Evaluation Kit -http://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/EK-S6-SP605-G.htmhttp://www.xilinx.com/products/devkits/EK-S6-SP605-G.htm - and the user was not initially satisfied with the way the manufacturer chose to route all of the available I/O to a single FMC connector. Hence the break-out-board. What it is capable of though, I have barely the vaguest idea, since I'm still stuck at the "building other people's projects" & the "PIC blinky-light/LCD stage".

I like reading forums and seeing what others are getting up to. Hopefully, I can learn something from what other people are doing. Google has been a good friend for quite a while, so if I can help to find something useful for someone else....
