Hi, I am to use a lm833 amplifier to amplify a electret microphone. The problem I've run into is there is some sort of static noise from the lm833 circuit. At first I thought it was the microphone, but I disconnected the microphone and the noise is still heard. I've isolated it down to the lm833 circuit. It seems that the noise gets louder as the gain is set higher, when the circuit has a gain of 1, the noise isn't there, but the volume isn't loud enough. This is with no audio going through the amplifier, just simply the amplifier being powered on. A power supply is being used to power the circuit. Could someone help me out, maybe my values are out of sorts. Here is my schematic.
