Excuse me I want to ask, I have a 3 series 3 parallel battery, with a Sony Vtc5 2600mAh lithium-Ion battery type with a BMS 3s 25A, a total of 10400mAh. When I charge with switching power supply (2A) (made in China) with a setting of 12.6 volts, the current when charging, rises dramatically and drops dramatically with a difference of once a second, such as a pulse, and the power supply also sounds every 1 second once. That why? can anyone explain?
