What is the best Linux EDA software to draw in vector and save it into PNG or JPG?

for vector graphics I like "INKSCAPE". There is version for Linux, Windows and MacOS.

As far as I know vector graphics are not supported by Electronic Design Automation programs.

Hello,

Chineese "EasyEDA" has options to export to SVG and PNG. Sorry I made a mistake giving link to vector graphics program, I didin't notice that question was in context of EDA software.
