I am wondering how do the line drivers or buffers work and their functionality.
I found the datasheet of 74LVC1G07SE-7 under the following link.

If the input (A) is Low the output (Y) is Low.
If the input (A) is High the output (Y) is Z, which is high impedance ? and Z is not High.
How can the line be driven High ?
