Light flashes on/off when relay is turned off

Hi, I made up an AC power bar that has relays to switch each outlet.

I added a snubber before each relay hoping to protect it from inductive loads.

This seems to have caused an issue though, a 0.3amp LED light was plugged in and when it's off the light will flash every second or so. It's like it's getting a burst of energy, maybe from the snubber capacitor?

I have noticed when the outlet is switched off I still see 120v on the outlet until a load is plugged in then it goes to 0v.

Here's the schematic, any suggestions on how to solve this or what is actually causing it? My feeling is it's the snubber.

Thanks, it's been verified.

So how to fix this without removing the snubber?

Would this cause issues/damage to anything else plugged in that might not flash like a bulb?

I made a power bar with 8 outlets so added one to each.

Do you know if it can harm anything or just cause a nuisance like this?

That will probably make the light flash as well.
I kind of think the same as cap is still there. I would know now but don't have a light that flashes, I have a few of these power bars out there and someone else has the light.

..... but the arrangement in that link is the same as in your post #1.
On page 2 it shows both, it says across load is preferred and contacts alternative so a little strange the first page shows alternative.
