hay i got a clock that cant be seen at the eve and from early day hour so i want to connect a source controlled by a light sensor to light when there r no enough light well how u can help me

just give me the design or the ic to make it even if it has some additional things

I'm pretty new to the forum here, but as Mr. Bertus said, you must show what you've done until now before we solve your problem.

As being new here and to electronics, I can tell you I would use a MOSFET and an LDR. Can't say more or other wise I'll solve the exercise :D.

Search for those and see if you can solve it!

Have you ever seen those automatic night lights? It uses as CdS cell to detect whether it's night or day. Depending on those conditions, it will then turn on the light at night time, and turn it off at day time. This is, in effect, the same requirements you need, correct?

And no, I don't sleep with a night light! :D
