It took me a lot of time reading about wring light curtain sensor but actually until now I still can't make it work.
I connected light curtain as in the picture. Basically, two OSSDs work fine.
The problem is that the LED indicators doesn't change their color when there is an object protruding the light curtain area.
How should I wiring so that LED indicators change their color as object passing the light curtain area?

By the way, what does it mean to say "NPN output cable"?
I heard about NPN and PNP input/output type but never heard about NPN/PNP output cable.

NPN/PNP output usually refers to push pull output.
Page 6 of the manual gives the different I/O configurations for NPN/PNP.
Max.

I just reattached the manual in post #1. I thought I uploaded it before. In this manual, I/O configurations are in page 21.
Do you have any idea about LED indicators?

So what you are saying is the when the light curtain is broken you get an output but the built in indicator LED does not indicate it?

Yes, when there is an object blocking the light curtain, it can detect, two output OSSDs change states but these LED indicator doesn't change their color.

The model is GL-S08FH. I can't find any description about center indicator wiring. Hope anyone has some idea why these indicators doesn't change color.

I just figured it out. By changing to channel B, the LED indicator is green in normal operation and red blinking as light is blocked.
