I need to be able be able to run this cicuit (http://www.evilmadscientist.com/article.php) off of 12 volts instead of 9 volts, with 24 green LEDs. What all will need to be changed to accomplish this task All help is much appreciated.

If you read the article he did the large one in clusters of 4, with basically the same circuit (4X10=40 LEDs). Are you wanting to do 24 descrete steps? It can be done, but it will involve a lot more circuitry.

 

Increase the value of the 330 ohm current-limiting resistors for the LEDs to 470 ohms so the LEDs don't burn out when the supply is 12V.
