Hello,

I have a Dell Latitude D630 laptop PC with Windows 10. Sometimes, after startup, the screen goes blank.
I remedy the problem by shutting it down (with keystrokes) and restarting it.
Is this a hardware or a software problem?
Do my drivers need updating?
Could there be an intermittent connection between the display and the keyboard?
Any response will be appreciated.

Sounds like software but there is no real way to know with the information provided.
