I stop on partial function ,so there is the question is complex number ,what I will do?

Full, in the future, please keep it to one problem per thread. Invariably you are going to get people responding to the one problem mixed who aren't even aware that there is more than one and it will get utterly confusing.

There is a basic rule for factoring a function into partial fraccion with the denominator having complex roots.
Take a look at this.

However I do not understand your last step:

\(\left( {\not{(1+s)^2 + 6} \over (1+s)^2 + 4} \right )\left({1 \over \not{(1+s)^2 + 4}}\right )\)
