L293D help (motors not running at same speed) 2

I just experienced the same problem. I have two 3V motors hooked up to 4AA batteries. I tried hooking up another 4AA batteries in parallel of the one supplying the setup but that still didn't do it. I measured the voltage difference between the third pins of each motor:
