I am trying to repair a high speed chronograph used to determinate bullet speed and I have found it to have a dislodged L14G2 Phototransistor.
The pins are broken and I have found a few similar in ebay but none with the exact numbers.

It has two rows of numbers the first:
L14G2
That one is easily matched but the second:
QT020
This is impossible to match.
Anyone can help to locate any of these or what does the second line of text mean?
Is this a special Phototransistor due to the high speed it needs to measure?

Best Regards,

Mark

The L14G looks like a real part number.

The second line is manufacturing information -- typically including some kind of date code. I doubt that this indicates any special version of the L14G.
