Kindly check 5 pins for programming pic.

If the programming pins were not correct, you would never get it programmed in the first place.

Explain what you mean by the program getting deleted. I have been programming PICs for 20 years and have never heard if a program getting deleted.

If your program writes to program memory, it might be getting corrupted, but that is not likely to happen by accident.

There is dip switch to select when you want to program pic. Could it be possible that the status of these pins is not ok And program is getting erased.

While I believe there is a bulk erase programming command it is an exactingly specific sequence of pulses, not a level at a pin.

Your schematic is unreadable and is useless as a troubleshooting aid. Post something clearer.
