i replaced the original board on decathlon domyos T5 by this board reference mc2100 els 18w-zy
first use the treadmill went at full speed for 2 seconds then shutted down
i checked the board with multimeter, found short on IGBT
re test after changing IGBT, at this time drive motor won't run
incline motor works, time and speed counter are displaying but drive motor won't run

somebody had same problem?

 

i fogot something
when i press start button or speed number, time and speed counters are displaying, LED is blinking rapidly

You need the ability to test the board and the motor on the bench to trouble shoot it easily.

motor is ok, i tested continuety,
it runs with 12v battery

led blinking rapidly means that bord is receiving pwm signal
no need to inject pwm signal in HD2

yes the led lit;
when i press start button the led blinks rapidly
but no voltage in both big capacities just 11 volts
i tested the scr on circuit it seems ok
voltage coming to gate 11 volts i don't know if it is the right voltage

 

Sounds like the SCR or related circuitry.

what about 11 volts in out of the pin n°04 of the optocoupler S8025L going to SCR gate is that normal?

There is usually pulses at that point so it is hard to read what the signal should be, but it sounds like that would be normal.
But the SCR and Opto would be suspect.

voltage at opto pins:
pin 1: 5v
pin2: gnd
pin 4: 11 v
pin 6: 305v
it seems good
