After replacing breaker and readjustment of timers for ballast and antiheeling pump encounter the problem where the pump is tripping when starting.
Tried to adjust the delivery pressure at 2.4 bars but we achieved this pressure with closing 95% of outlet valve from pump. In this case I think that the flow is restricted dramatically. Since the pump is running nicely after stating (with no vibrations, current is below nominal) presume that the problem is only when the pump starts.
Any comments to improve the situation.

Check the capacitor, if there is any.

 

discharge the capacitor first.
