I'm making a music game but it's my first time designing a pcb so im not sure with all the conections, see images, the speaker for example only has a one way connection. would this work? if not what do i need to do?

 

The speaker certainly needs two connections, if that's what you are asking but, depending upon the amp design, one of those connections can be ground.
