Hiii, i am building bldc motor controller, i am using ir2101 ics as high side and low low side mosfet. My question is can this ics run 3 irf3710 mostet in parallel. Ir2101 can supply up to 130ma/270ma of gate current. i am using 18 mostet to build 3phase h bridge in my circuit. So will these ic are capable of driving 3 mosfet in parallel

 

I suspect you'll need a driver with a greater current rating, but it depends on the MOSFET switching frequency. The higher the frequency the more current is needed. What PWM frequency do you intend to use?

 

IR2101 seems to be characterized around 1000 pF load, no
graphs to show decline in performance with increasing C
(from multiple MOSFET gates).

Check the input capacitance of the MOSFETs you intend to use. That will either dictate how many drivers you need to cause you to look at other MOSFETs.
