Dear All,
I want to measure the parameters of an Interior mounted PMSM. I used the Freescale document (attached) to find the values but want to verify that I have correct values.
Is there any other way to verify the measurements I have made.
I was thinking of using V = I * Z, where V is single phase AC supply, Z is the serial paraller connection of the three phases of the motor and I is the current flowing through them.
Knowing V, I and Z, I can calculate the total inductance and using it, Ld and Lq values.
Is it the right way to go ahead?
