That is not a typical half bridge circcuit.

Thanks bro . What you mean is that when the lower MOSFETs turn off, the upper MOSFETs turn on and cause the coil to discharge, which causes the motor to brake. Is this true?

They have to normally sink to common for the bootstrap to work?
