I am paying him fairly, but he is worth more! I am doing everything I can to get more money.....but we are a "startup".

He is just working for the summer.....and I have tried to teach him everything I can in a short time........ He absorbs knowledge like a sponge

And to say he has put in extra effort would be an understatement.

I have been hiring people for over thirty years....and this young man is one in a thousand!

If I had twenty people like him.....I could get rich!
