I'm a noob so go easy on me. I want to pwm a ttl chip to pulse a laser diode driver circuit. The laser diode driver circuit seems straight forward, but I'm not sure where to integrate the ttl chip on the board. There's tons of videos on either the ttl chip, or on laser diode driver circuit. But nothing about combining them.

 

Can you be a bit more specific on your intentions? Why exactly do you want to combine them?

 

and if you have some parts in mind, please share their part numbers and specs.

Why do you think you want to use a TTL chip (I assume this means Transistor Transistor Logic) to PWM a laser diode driver?

Post information about your laser diode driver circuit.

What frequency do you want the PWM to be at? If you don't care if the frequency varies with duty cycle, you can make a PWM with one comparator.
