So I am creating a symbol in an Eagle library and need to add connection points. Rather than try to explain what I am trying to do I will just post a picture of what I have and what I need to create. It is a very small (1.6mm X 0.8mm) part and I am not sure how to add the 6 connection points.

When creating a symbol (that part of the component which will show on the schematic) it doesn't need to be the same size as the actual physical component. For the symbol drawing you keep to the default 0.1" grid and put the outline of the component and the connectors on that grid.

When you are drawing the package then the dimensions do need to match the physical component.
