I am trying to do a small circuit, which used: 1 nf, 16 nf, 130 nf, 270 nf .... capacitor elements, where can find these kind of infrequently used capacitor elements? any substitute suggestion?

1nF (1000pF) should be common. 270nF - there are plenty on Mouser.
You can make up values of capacitors (and resistors) by putting them in seris or parallel.

 

Your local electronics parts supply.

Stick with standard E6 values:

Most capacitance circuits rely on RC combinations. It is much easier to tweak R while keeping C to the E6 values.
